Bringing Home the Fountain 42

Fountain 42, Owner Jason Payne

They say that if you love what you do, then you never work a day in your life. I can attest to that with this new beauty in my backyard. Yesterday I brought home my new 1989 Fountain 42, it has twin 454 super charged motors and bravo drives. She sat outside under a covered parking space for the last 6 years. After one day, many hands, a shopvac and the power spraying of it’s life … here she is! There is still a lot more TLC to go, but man has it been worth it and now I can say I finally have a view of the Fountain from my house in Fountain Hills. This group has been a huge support with so many friends, advice, and enthusiasts, that it will make sharing the journey of this renovation even more rewarding. The goal for this Liquid Chaos boat is to completely restore it back to being a bad ass boat ready to race in the ocean. Keep an eye out for more updates and renovation posts on the Fountain 42 from Fountain Hills.
